Breakfast Food

American breakfasts are hands down the best. There is no competition in my mind. And it is good any time of day, especially at night.

Found this wonderful article in the NYTimes about how breakfast food has served as inspiration for dessert at various restaurants across the country. From Chicago Moto Restaurant's frozen pancakes to NY Momofuku's cereal milk panna cotta, breakfast food has put a bit of a nostalgic spin on desserts.
